High Performance Zirconia Beads

TZP (Tetragonal Zirconia Polycrystals)

Typical Applications:

	High strength and high toughness products
	Wear and corrosion resistant products
	Grinding applications that require high speed, high precision and minimal ceramics contamination

Grinding Features:

	Excellent tenacity and impact-resistance. This advantage makes the beads keep fine in high rotation speed.
	The beads have over 30 times longer life than glass beads and about 5 times longer than zirconium silicate beads.
	The beads mill 6-8 times faster than glass beads and 2-3 times faster than zirconium silicate beads.
	TZP beads do not contaminate and therefore do not cause any change in formulation color shade.
